Coosy Co., Ltd. is committed to safeguarding all types of information collected during our business operations. We consider information security a vital aspect of our management strategy and are dedicated to further strengthening our security measures. We hereby establish the Information Security Policy outlines our commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.

In order to ensure the information security of our company, we consider it important not only to take technical safety measures, but also to ensure that each and every employee, including the directors, is aware of the importance of information security and acts with it. Based on this basic recognition, we have hereby established the Information Security Policy, which serves as a guideline for the appropriate realisation of information security in our company.

Information Security Management System (ISMS)

We have established an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 (JISQ27001) as detailed in our “ISMS Manual.” Our ISMS is designed to provide a framework for effectively managing information security across our organisation. We will continually enhance and maintain our security system to ensure an optimised system.

Compliance with Laws, Regulations

Coosy Co., Ltd. is committed to complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations related to information security. We will establish necessary policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure all employees are aware of and comply with these obligations.

Response to Information Security Threats

To mitigate threats and risks, we will conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary controls to prevent unauthorised access to our internal systems, unauthorised disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of our information assets.

Raising Awareness of Information Security

We provide regular information security training to all staff members, in aim to ensure the effective operation of our ISMS, and to enhance information security awareness throughout the organisation.

Policy Review

This Information Security Policy will be periodically reviewed and updated to reflect changes in technology, regulations, and our business environment. Updates will be made as necessary to maintain its effectiveness and relevance.

This Security Policy signifies our commitment to ensuring the protection and management of our information assets. By adhering to this policy, we can collectively work towards maintaining the highest standards of information security.
